The Role
As Sales Supervisors at Tesla, you lead our sales floor teams, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, fostering team development, and overseeing daily sales operations to drive success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a sales team of Tesla Advisors, setting individual and team targets
- Train and develop team members on sales and delivery processes to enhance the overall customer experience
- Monitor daily deliveries, create reporting metrics, and review information with the Manager to meet and exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with other departments, particularly Operations Manager and Service Department, to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Represent Tesla professionally when communicating internally and externally and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Recruit, train, and develop management teams and employees, and ensure adherence to Tesla policies and procedures
Requirements
- Associate degree, or equivalent
- Self-starting entrepreneur with exceptional time-management and problem-solving skills
- This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by Colorado State department of Motor Vehicles.
Without the salesperson license, you cannot engage in sales activities. To check if you are eligible for the salesperson license, please contact the licensing office nearest you in the state of employment.
Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment

Expected Compensation
$61,200 - $127,575 / annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
