What You’ll Bring
An Architectural Maintenance team member at Tesla will have the opportunity to help maintain and keep up thebuilding. A qualified applicant will have experience in dry wall patching, Taping and Painting, basic carpentry skills and will not hesitate to learn new skills. You will be asked to work alongside other trades to complete projects
What You’ll Do- Patch walls and ability to patch fire rated walls correctly
- Basic Concrete work and finishing, Steel Stud Framing, Blocking and Backing, Temporary partitions, Temporary Handrails.
- Complete Job scopes outside of core competencies
- Knowledge on Taping and drywall finishing skills
- Architectural Painting skills
- Operating scissor lifts, Booms and forklifts
- 1-3 years Drywall and finishing/Carpentry verifiable experience
- Strong working knowledge of job site safety with ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning and emphasis identifying hazards
- Ability to work at heights
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, along with the ability to interact with all levels of management; must have high degree of initiative, and the ability to work alone and effectively with other people
- Osha 10
- Knowledge in using hand and power tools
- The ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
Salary : $54,400 - $68,900
