Quality Inspector

The Quality Sorters will report to the Quality Team and will be responsible for performing inspections and quality checks. The ideal candidates have a proven record of success in fast-paced environments. They must be able to work with various teams, including engineering, quality, and suppliers, across various issues/ corrective actions identified in production and field performance.

Available Shifts:

• A Shift - 7am - 7pm - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday
• B Shift - 7pm - 7am - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday

What You'll Do:

• Perform complex assembly work requiring the use of state of art manufacturing tools, precision measuring equipment, and machinery
• Troubleshoot and follow verbal and written instructions for specialized equipment
• Collaborate closely with technicians and engineers to identify discrepant materials/components both in writing and verbally to supervisors
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules and within standard times
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and demonstrate the ability to perform standardized work processes and defined work instructions
• Evaluate the assembly process and equipment to look for continuous improvement opportunities
• Possess a “get it done” attitude and an urgency to resolve problems/tasks

• Computer skills are strongly preferred (use of Word, Excel & Outlook programs)
• Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Must be reliable, have good initiative, be committed, and be quality focused
• Ability to lift 30 on a daily basis
• Ability to work with a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions. Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
