A Cook is responsible for following resident menus accurately and working each day with our culinary team to provide exceptional meals and service to our residents.

Responsibilities : Prepare the kitchen for every meal, while complying with all federal, state and local regulations that govern food serviceAssist in preparing and developing methods for producing high quality and appropriate quantity of food for regular and modified diets.
Plan cooking schedule to ensure that foods are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.Review standard recipes making adjustments to the menu as needed and ensure the residents are offered nourishing snacks.
Unload and stock refrigerators, freezers and pantry to ensure all kitchen equipment and supplies are available as needed.
