SALES COORDINATOR/INSIDE SALES
We are currently seeking a high energy, hardworking Sales Coordinator (SC) to join our sales team at our Millersburg, Oregon Factory about 60 miles south of Portland, OR. The SC creates sales quotes for homes manufactured by Palm Harbor Homes for our builder/developers, communities, and retailers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Coordinator assists with general administration tasks in support of management and executives. They prepare, arrange and coordinates sales-related events and projects. The Sales Coordinator authors and prepares presentations and proposals for prospective customers, and generates, maintains, and updates sales reports and prospective client lists.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SC's regular daily duties include providing accurate price quotes for the cost of homes and options for the quotes that are assigned to the SC.
The SC will work with our customers by creating sales quotes. The SC will communicate primarily through phone calls and electronic communication in creating sales quotes.
The SC will communicate in person, by phone calls and electronic communication with members of the sales department and with other departments in the factory manufacturing center.
The SC will assist with sales support. The sales support tools including catalogs, digital content, sales samples, pricing sheets, and merchandising displays are provided by Palm Harbor Homes, distributed to our customers. The SC will help in maintaining the support tools by keeping them to be up to date as required by the Sales Manager. The sales tools aid in the efficient quoting and selling of our homes.
The SC works full time at the manufacturing center sales office. The SC may be asked to provide a tour of the factory to prospective customers. Knowledge of the homes design and construction is needed to complete the tasks assigned.
The SC needs to demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience. Prior inside sales experience is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret order forms, home floor plans and elevations. Be able to communicate orally or in written form with co-workers, internal and external customers
