Welding Coordinator
As the Welding Coordinator, you will participate/develop and maintain welding technique and quality control of welding. Implement and maintain compliance according to Tetra Pak Corporate Standards and customer requirements. Within the production center document and perform welding test and report quality control of welding. We prioritize safety first and constantly work on continuous improvements throughout the business in accordance with WCM - World Class Management.
What you will do
1. Qualify and implement WPQR and WPS
2. Qualify and monitor welder's task and performance with the ability to revoke welder's qualification
3. Maintain and develop log of valid WPQR and WPS
4. Be the main point of contact for questions regarding welding quality
5. Verify procedure for testing before welding is in place
6. Propose and perform training
Who you are
- 4-6 years of welding experience or related experience (Preferred, but not limited too)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience of WCM, LEAN and 5S is an advantage
Travel: 10%
