As an ICT Senior Technology Consultant, you'll be a cornerstone in our projects, providing unparalleled technical guidance throughout all project phases by leveraging your extensive industry knowledge. Immerse yourself in overseeing complex project tasks, managing daily operations, and driving the financial success of multimillion-dollar endeavors. Engage with a diverse range of clients, architects, and end-users, contributing to the assessment of ICT system needs, offering innovative design direction, and delivering recommendations in line with owner standards and project requirements (with 15% travel).

The ideal candidate prowess in Telecom Infrastructure design, Electronic Security design, and Audiovisual design for both inside plant and outside plant (OSP) and boasts vast expertise in crafting comprehensive technical basis-of-design narratives and excels in writing CSI format Division 27 and 28 specifications. Additionally, your expertise in Building & Electrical Codes and Standards, including TIA/EIA standards, BICSI, and other industry benchmarks, will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our projects.

In this role, you will lead Bluebeam sessions, conduct meticulous QC reviews, and mentor junior staff, playing a critical role in ensuring project success You will take ownership of major project outcomes, cultivate positive client relationships, and uphold rigorous quality assurance standards. Furthermore, your role in contributing to business development events is crucial—actively participating in the acquisition of new projects with an annual worth of $1.2M. With an impressive 15-year track record as an RCDD or PE in electrical engineering and an extraordinary 20 years in the industry, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage telecommunications, security systems, and audiovisual systems projects.

Additional Qualifications:

·         Possession of Technology Industry certifications such as RCDD, OSP, DCDC, PSP, CTS, PMP, or other relevant certifications is highly preferred.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000

 The base salary range represents the low and high end of the proposed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Glumac’s total compensation package for employees.
