Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Librarian to serve as a data manager and Librarian for navigation services
Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage the functions of libraries in both paper and digital environment

Catalog, store, populate, archive, and retrieve documents
-
Develop and improve related business processes to increase efficiency
-
Scan hard copy documents into retrievable digital format
-
Manage and analyze information and data
-
Populate data in applications and tools and generate reports
-
Develop In-house Application Modules training Materials and perform training to Navigation Program stakeholders
-
Disseminate data, documents, and reports to various stakeholders and manage comments and resolutions
-
Train users on using electronics library tool in searching, retrieving and storing
The successful candidate will have:
-
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing libraries in both paper and digital environment.

Bachelor's Degree in related fields.

Extensive knowledge in all aspects of Library tasking such as populating, cataloging, archiving data files, contracts letters, and retrieving of documents
-
Knowledge and experience in Management Information, Microsoft Office application, Adobe Acrobat, and scanning and cataloging documents
-
Knowledge of iCMM level two and best practices process; ISO 9000 preferred
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
