We are looking for a Principal Solid Waste Planner who will report to the Solid Waste West (SWW) operating unit. The pay scale for this position is $150-$250 an hour based on qualifications and experience.


Your Role:

Develop and review waste and recycling collection, processing and disposal policies, analyze logistics and economics for waste collection systems in developing countries; develop and implement extended producer responsibility policies and structure; and support sustainability goal setting and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in solid waste management and strategic planning services such as system analysis, ERP policy and program development.
  • Strong management and communication skills are required. Candidate must effectively work as part of multidiscipline team.
  • Candidate must be able to effectively prepare proposals, communicate with clients, prepare and review reports, and maintain strong client relations for new and long-term clients.
