Our team of Scientists and Program Managers currently operate 100% within their sectors and provide sound technical guidance, draft write-ups and more importantly a detailed explanation of the technical tasks to be authored. The candidate will function as a proposal manager, writer, and editor for bids of all sizes and award amounts.

- Working with Technical and Scientific staff in areas such as Molecular Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, Spectroscopy, Forensic Science, Virology, Imaging, Material Science, Human DNA, and Immunology to meet predetermined goals and produce cohesive documents.
- Writing clear, technical narratives and work with Administrative Staff to consolidate documents pertaining to Technical, Management, Cost, Contract, and Security Volumes.
- Performing autonomously neck down requirements from holistic documents and generate Microsoft Office templates and outlines for organizational and instructional purposes.
- Management of activities, including facilitation of daily status calls. Providing office with analyses of compliance and assessments of the quality of written and graphical content, particularly how well it communicates the company’s competitive position and strengths.
- Compiling compelling proposal material with attention to meeting milestone review and proposal due dates.
To meet minimum requirements, you have to:
- Hold an active Secret Level Clearance.
- Have a Master's Degree in a Scientific Field from an accredited institution.
- Extensive experience working with Federal Government contractors to design unique and compliant proposal graphics and provide desktop publishing to respond to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and Task Orders (TOs).
- Experience in Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Defense (DoD) with a focus on Biotechnology, Science and Technology, Department of Agriculture (USDA), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH).
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisitions Regulations Supplement (DFARS).
- Comprehensive proposal experience includes supporting capture managers with major strategic bids (incumbencies and incumbency takeaways).
- Experience working with experts in capture management by writing and editing proposal content and serving as an expert reviewer for proposal color teams (Red, Pink, etc.).
- Proven experience in Grant writing with awards for Science, Technology and Biotechnology.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
