Job Posting for Dispatcher - Air Freight at Tex-Air Delivery

*Must be available some weekends

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the movement of their assigned drivers to appropriate pick-up/drop-off locations
  • Monitor the progress of the fleet and prioritize clients accordingly
  • Be the liaison between Tex-Air customers and the assigned drivers
  • Release vehicles and property to appropriate employees
  • Answer incoming calls to the dispatch office
  • Receive and enter information into dispatch program (Crown Data Systems)

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years dispatching experience
  • Must pass all background checks

  • Exhibits strong work ethic (punctuality and dependability)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Business/Office professional conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Grapevine, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
