The salary range for position is commensurate. Final salary will be determined based on the applicant's qualifications and experience. Job Summary The Printing Services Coordinator, coordinates and monitors all printing and reproduction services. This position provides estimates to clients, maintains a job tracking system, ensures the timely completion and delivery of print jobs, and is responsible for entering and processing the printing service center billings. In addition, this position serves as backup for supporting administrative needs within TTI-Communications. Continued employment in this position is contingent upon availability of funding and satisfactory performance. Essential Duties Serve as primary contact for all Print related jobs and information. 20% Generates estimates using internal pricing structure for clients. 10% Receive, prioritize, coordinate, track and deliver printing requests while ensuring they are completed within specified deadlines maintaining TTI’s high quality standards. 20% Utilize digital editing, Adobe Acrobat, and printer workstations to manipulate and edit files for print quality format. 20% Serves as main point-of-contact for ordering, processing, shipping, and documenting company business cards, letterhead, and envelopes. 5% Coordinates with office personnel to maintain print shop supplies as well working with outside vendors to maintain equipment. 5% Electronically archive print jobs for future publishing upon customer request. 5% Enters monthly print shop billings into Oracle database for invoice processing. 5% Serves as Alternate Property Officer to maintain office inventory records and coordinate with TTI Financial Services to meet annual reporting requirements and obtain Property Officer approval. 5% Other duties as assigned. 5% Required Education and Experience Associate degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of related experience in printing and production. Preferred Education and Experience Two years of experience in higher education full-service printing and production. Two years of experience with large format printing. Knowledge of print publication process and equipment maintenance. Knowledge, skills and Abilities Minimum of five years office related experience. Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, various internet search engines, and some database software. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be able to work independently in the absence of specific instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Proofing skills advantageous. Physical Requirements Ability to move up 50 lbs. Ability to perform common office functions. Ability to frequently communicate with other individuals within the workplace. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
