The Program Aid will also be responsible for advertising Texas A&M's Biomedical Science programs to area high schools. What You Need to Know Rate: $11/hr Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrates high attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work with diverse groups of people and be helpful, respectful, approachable, and team oriented. Ability to build strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others. Responsibilities: Mentoring - Provides mentoring for the MCAT prep class, exam study sessions, and workshops for Student Success. Advertisement - Advertises BIMS programs at high schools and performs other duties as assigned.
