Responsibilities
- Portfolio Manager for Fixed Income and Equity ETFs and Mutual Funds handling primary market activity for the product suite.
- Work with the Texas Capital team to help determine optimal portfolio replication strategy to minimize tracking error to index as the product size evolves.
- Understand the Index criteria across the competitive landscape to provide details on fund performance.
- Work closely with trading desk to determine optimal execution strategies for mitigating execution shortfall while limiting risk.
- Contribute to product development process along with the broader team.
- Contribute to platform growth by engaging with members of the sales team and clients as needed.
- Manage active Fixed Income ETFs & Mutual Funds
- Represent Texas Capital Bank at events and conferences as needed.
- Identify implementation opportunities and marketing/collateral needs, that will help drive adoption and usage of Texas Capital Bank investment products and solutions.
- Be a contributing member of a team that thrives on partnership, innovation, and execution.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- NASD Series 7, 63 and 65 a plus
- MBA, CIMA, CFP or CFA certification preferred
- At least 4 years’ experience in Fixed Income/Equity Portfolio Management
- Proven understanding and implementation of competitive analytics and analysis and a high adoption rate to new technologies.
- Derivatives knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of fixed income trading
