Brief Overview of Position As a member of the Loan Ops and Credit Delivery team, you will play a key role in transforming the bank by developing and configuring our solutions to drive efficiency and automation. You will help deliver digital experiences, process automation and improvements to client delivery process across the Bank. The position works collaboratively with teams across the loan ops and credit portfolio, partnering with end-users, operations, treasury, sales, and credit to deliver a wholistic and automated experience that results in an exceptional customer experience for both internal users and external customers. You will be delivering functionality that will drive operational process efficiency through digitization and automation to eliminate manual intervention and streamline the process creating efficiency and reduce cycle time. Responsibilities Configure Workflows, dashboards, scorecards, user interfaces across multiple software solutions in the Loan Ops and Credit Domain. Participate in gathering and defining business requirements requirements and defining technical requirements for the solutions. Design and Implement Integrations across multiple vendor hosted solutions leveraging APIs and possibly custom developed applications. Administer user roles and profiles for all solutions, including creating new roles and profiles, setting prescribed user permission, security settings, access settings. Design operational workflow process and propose areas for optimization. Perform new feature exploration of platform to determine feature-fit for strategic and tactical program activities. Address planned and unplanned production issues, coordination, maintenance, communication and business support. Document and Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity. Perform operations tasks such as monitoring application performance. Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to design new features. Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement. Continuously improve software engineering practices and built in automation for manual processes. Partner with team to run the Agile processes. Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions. Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community. Qualifications BS/BA degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience working in supporting multiple software projects in various IT roles such as Solution Engineer, Software Engineer, Product Owner, Software Administrator. Experience working with operations and driving customer journeys. Experience with vendor hosted software solutions is highly desired. The sort of personality who thrives in a fast-moving, quickly changing atmosphere. Passionate about leveraging technology and data to drive performance. Demonstrated ability to map and design business flows. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across the organization at all levels. Results-oriented and self-motivated; self-starter with capability to work independently and as part of a team. Experienced in working in an agile team structure, preferable Scrum or Kanban. Experience using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is a plus. Experience working with data. Experience working with multiple coding languages. Software application experience in ACBS, Sageworks, Nautilus, LaserPro, Docusign is a plus. Previous Banking / Financial Services experience preferred.
