Credit Card Operations Manager

We are searching for a Credit Card Operations Manager who will be responsible for the management of Texas Children's credit card operations program including leading the credit card operations team. Responsibilities will include overseeing daily credit card operations, supporting non-credit card payment channels, complying with industry card compliance requirements, develop and support new payment solutions and support overall Treasury strategy and goals.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Support organization's administration of merchant processing activities and monitoring of credit card structure.
• Monitor, track, and ensure all payment processing platforms and payment channels are operational (includes point of sale, online, and third-party solutions)
• Serve as liaison between Treasury and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all credit card regulatory and industry requirements as well as internal controls requirements.
• Seek, develop, and implement new solutions to facilitate meeting and achieving organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and develop credit card operations team members.
• Stay up to date on the latest developments and news in the credit card industry.
• Support additional non-credit card related payment channels, including electronic check and other payment solutions.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with all credit card regulatory, industry and internal controls requirements through monitoring and validation of all payment channel environments throughout year.
• Manage all organization-wide payment channel (credit card and non-credit card) strategic

initiatives and projects including due diligence, contracting, design, pilot, implementation, system integration, expansion, and PCI compliance.Since 1954, Texas Children's has been leading the charge in patient care, education and research to accelerate health care for children and women around the world.
