Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support organization's administration of merchant processing activities and monitoring of credit card structure.
- Monitor, track, and ensure all payment processing platforms and payment channels are operational (includes point of sale, online, and third-party solutions)
- Serve as liaison between Treasury and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all credit card regulatory and industry requirements as well as internal controls requirements.
- Seek, develop, and implement new solutions to facilitate meeting and achieving organization's mission, goals, and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop credit card operations team members.
- Stay up to date on the latest developments and news in the credit card industry.
- Support additional non-credit card related payment channels, including electronic check and other payment solutions.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all credit card regulatory, industry and internal controls requirements through monitoring and validation of all payment channel environments throughout year.
