What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meat Carver position at Texas De Brazil?
Texas de Brazil is an upscale authentic Brazilian-American Steakhouse Restaurant. Our tradition is to cook our meats the gaucho way - over an open flame with natural wood charcoal. We feature a Salad area made fresh with delicious cold and hot items such as Sauteed Mushrooms, Brazilian Black Beans, Potatoe Salad, Variety of Cheeses, and much more.
The Position you’re applying for is: Gaucho: the meaning of this term is - South American Cowboy. You’ll be in unique uniforms, cooking our speciality cuts of meats in open fire with other gauchos. Your job will require you to be by a fire side making sure the meats are seasoned properly and cooked to the correct temperature. You will be required to serve our cooked meats to the guests from a skewer on to their plates. Gaucho/ Carver MUST be careful, alert and friendly. Salary for this position is the hourly plus tips.
No experience necessary, we will help you. Must be willing to learn and follow protocols.
