Job Purpose:
Texas Motor Speedway is seeking a positive and motivated individual to assist the company through inbound sales and service efforts leading up to the NASCAR All Star Race.
Texas Motor Speedway is seeking a positive and motivated individual to assist the company through inbound sales and service efforts leading up to the NASCAR All Star Race.
Primary (Essential Duties):
- Provide exemplary customer service while answering inbound phone lines
- Assist callers in variety of needs through inbound phone lines
- Control daily effort and attitude
- Take detailed notes and records of sales engagement through CRM system
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
- Strong organizational, time management, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Skilled communicating over the phone, email, text messaging, and in person
- Basic knowledge of Archtics preferred
Experience/Education Requirements:
- Previous ticket sales/operations experience preferred, but not required
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
- Lift 20 pounds
- Work during races and events
- Standing for extended periods of time
