📝 Position Summary: Duties

  • 👩‍🔬 Supervise technical and non-technical laboratory personnel to ensure organization and regulatory requirements are met.
  • 📈 Achieve department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and personnel management.
  • 🎓 Review and approve payroll time sheets, purchasing requisitions, and scheduling requests.

⚙️ Qualifications:

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology required.
  • 💼 5 years’ experience as a Medical Technologist in acute care settings is a must.
  • 📜 State Supervisor License in Histology or ability to obtain.
