📋 Job Responsibilities: As an Occupational Therapist at Harmony on the Peninsula, your duties will include:
- ✅ Conducting patient assessments to determine individual needs
- 📝 Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
- 💼 Providing occupational therapy interventions and monitoring progress
- 🤝 Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- 📚 Educating patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
- 📂 Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- 🌟 Contributing to the overall well-being and recovery of patients
📜 Job Requirements:
- 🎓 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- 📋 Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Virginia
- 🏥 Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- 💼 Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- 💻 Proficiency in electronic documentation
- 🚗 Ability to commute between 2 rehab sites, 19 miles apart
