-Must have experience working with farm machinery and heavy equipment
-Must have experience with cattle, horses and chickens
-Must have working knowledge of septic, well, electrical, mechanical and HVAC system
-Must be a leader and self starter
-Valid drivers license

Job duties:
-Grounds maintenance – Ensure roads, pathways, fences, gates, lighting, septic systems, wells, ponds are maintained and are in good working order
-Ensure Ranch buildings and equipment are maintained and all equipment is stored properly and in good working condition
- Care of farm animals by ensuring they have a secure environment, correct feed, monitoring illness and vet/ vaccination schedule
-Point of contact for all vendors at the ranch
-Oversee property - keep property secure
-Keep all yards and areas mowed and maintained
-Be available as needed on weekends and emergencies and respond in a timely manner
-Keep low tree limbs trimmed for aesthetic purposes
-Farm Equipment, Vehicles and ATV shall be maintained routinely and kept in clean condition inside and out. Take extra care in keeping fittings greased, air filters clean, sharp blades and good fuel/oil in all machines.
-Maintain ag exemption
-Check on the multiple homes on the property regularly and note and fix anything that needs addressed.
-Feed the wildlife and help them thrive such as fish, deer, turkey etc.
-Anything that can be done to improve the ranch by common sense labor and hard work ethic is expected and appreciated
-Manage and supervise any pre-approved third-party contractors that may be needed at the farm.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
