People – Managing Partners are accountable for ensuring our team members flawlessly deliver “legendary service” to every guest while our fellow managers are providing the same to our team members. They set clear expectations through providing direction and honest feedback that offers praise, performance improvement and career development.
Sales - As a results-oriented, people person, Managing Partners function with an ownership mentality. They go above and beyond to maintain the quality and consistency so that our guests are sure to leave full and satisfied!
Profits - They’re business savvy. In partnership with their BOH & FOH Manager, our Managing Partners uphold all standards of operational excellence.
Specific qualifications include:
- Minimum 5 years of General Manager or above experience
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment, a plus
- Hands-on experience in all facets of FOH and HOH
- Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage
- Familiarity with POS Systems
- Availability to work a flexible schedule (open, mid, close)
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual, a plus
