Commissioned Security Officer

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commissioned Officer to join our team. As a Commissioned Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining security and enforcing regulations within our organization. This is a critical role that requires excellent surveillance skills, conflict management abilities, and a strong background in law enforcement.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order and discipline
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid or CPR if necessary
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required
- Conduct investigations into incidents or violations and prepare detailed reports
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage
- Train and educate staff on security protocols and emergency procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement roles
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and other security technologies
- Certification in CPR, first aid, or related emergency response training
- Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Familiarity with military-style discipline and protocols is a plus
