Texas Ski Ranch is a one-of-a-kind action sports complex that has a wide range of opportunities and activities available for customers of all ages. TSR opened in 2001 as a wakeboard cable park and boat dealership, from which we have expanded into the complex we are today (with a paintball course and an axe house). We are looking for motivated individuals who can share their positive vibes with our campers and who are STOKED to become part of the TSR family!
Job Summary
Our Counselors and Coaches are the heart of a camper's experience. Our youth program runs year round, after school camp in the scool year and summer camp from early June to Mid-August. There is NO wakeboarding or board sport experience needed for counselors. We are interested in candidates that have great attitudes and enjoy motivating and hanging out with kids.
Full time and part time positions for day counselors and coaches.
Coaches must be water sport experienced, includes cable pass!
Responsibilities and Duties
- Being a role model. It's important they have someone they can look up to as both a friend, coach, and leader.
- Maintaining responsibility and ensuring safety for campers. Campers range in age, typically divided by age and skill, some age groups require more attention than others.
- Creating a fun, positive, encouraging atmosphere for all of our campers! We love our Camp TSR kids and want them to love it here too; help us create that atmosphere that can't be replicated anywhere else!
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be 18 years old
- Enjoys working with children
- Education and Recreation majors encouraged

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
