Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, developing strategies, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff and resources effectively
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability
- Conduct strategic planning to align operations with company goals
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Supervise operational activities to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor sales performance and analyze profit loss statements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams effectively
