Commercial Credit Analyst (onsite, Temple, TX)

As a Commercial Credit Analyst you will:

• Maintain organized and current credit files.
• Continuously analyze the credit union’s loan portfolio.
• Follow policy and procedure regarding credit analysis, credit underwriting, documentation, loan closings, loan booking, and loan packaging.
• Conduct economic studies and maintain up to date information on the credit union’s loan portfolio.
• Evaluate the adequacy of industry conditions, market conditions, micro and macro-economic factors related to deal approval and credit review.
• Recommend and lead the execution of additional purchases and sales of participation loans.
• Assist and participate in both client and prospective business calls.
• Produce ongoing reporting to managers and other stakeholders.

We're looking for someone who:

• Works well with others.
• Communicates with urgency and transparency.
• Has at least 5 years of commercial/small business credit analysis and underwriting experience.
• Has experience as a commercial loan officer.
• Managerial experience is a plus.
