JOB SUMMARY:
This position researches, analyzes, and maintains data on the world-wide fleet of Textron Aviation manufactured and competitive aircraft and the accounts and contacts that own and manage them. This position supports customer-facing teams throughout the company, including multiple departments in Aftermarket, Legal, and Sales and Marketing. Analytical skills, perseverance, and the ability to work with customers and coordinate with groups across the organization are required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, analyze, and maintain data in multiple categories, including aircraft and customers.
- Use analytical and research skills to make the best decision, even in cases of misleading or missing information.
- Work from a high workload research and update case queue daily.
- Structure, manage, and extract data from internal and external sources for analysis.
- Research and analyze data to answer business questions.
- Utilize creative problem solving to provide internal customers with quality information and caveats, including across the business.
- Occasional contact with customers to setup or correct their account information.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Management Information Systems
- Other related field
