Job Description Summary:

Analyze data in support of the policies, goals and objectives established by the agency Board of Directors to improve practices and program performance. Evaluation and Research to validate practices.  Performs the following duties directly.

In This Opportunity You Will Get To:

  • Use statistical methods to analyze data, generate useful agency reports and promote quality improvement and program initiatives.
  • Conducts research and/or works with a qualified researcher to validate agency practices.
  • Establishes and supervises the maintenance of program outcome measures.
  • Collaborates in the development and implementation of data collection methods.
  • Explore and analyze datasets including data cleaning
  • Use data to create models that depict trends in outcomes, client population and capacity.
  • Connect data with actions to improve performance and decrease risk
  • Visualize data insights and communicate findings to agency leadership
  • Maintains effective and efficient mechanisms to measure all aspects of program conduct.
  • Responsible for Agency procedure review and management.
  • Analyzes and recommends improvements of Agency processes.
  • Develops and implements procedures and controls to promote accurate and timely information flow.
  • Refrains from assuming any duty that is unrelated to and/or interferes with the responsibilities of the position.
  • Advocates, promotes and practices cultural sensitivity and responsiveness in all day-to-day interactions.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business related field or mathematics required

At least two years of experience in information and/or contract management required

Masters degree or above preferred
