As a Process Manager with TFS HealthScience, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing process-oriented procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
This position is fully outsourced to one of our prestigious and global pharmaceutical clients in Denmark. Responsibilities
As a Process Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Compliant and Efficient Procedures:
- Drive, facilitate, and execute procedure writing based on input from various stakeholders.
- Provide professional advice on managing procedures, including process-oriented formats, system usage, and document types.
- Support Process Expert Groups (PEGs) in managing compliant process-oriented procedures through sparring, assistance, and technical writing skills.
Standards for Procedure and Process Management:
- Contribute to managing and developing standards for process-oriented procedures to ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality procedures.
- Manage procedure templates, ensuring GxP compliant formats.
- Provide expert advice on maintaining a smooth and compliant business process for handling procedures in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Contribute to developing the PEG setup and tools.
- Contribute to the development of the process management framework, including process landscape and governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum BSc., for example, within business management, pharmaceutical science, or engineering.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on process management, quality, document control, and/or R&D functions.
- Good understanding of and experience in the drug development area.
- Experienced in writing easily comprehensible procedures for end-users.
- Technical flair, highly skilled in the Microsoft Office package, and advanced knowledge of electronic document management systems.
