Effectively supervises and manages all off premise operations to give the Friday's experience no matter where our guests are enjoying their Friday's order. Develops a team that always ensures food quality, speed of service, and order accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promptly answering incoming calls to the restaurant. No one likes a ringing phone!
2. Managing the flow of guests and letting your leadership shine when communicating with hosts, expeditor, managers, well, basically everyone.
3. Ensuring all orders are quickly transferred to curbside guests and our 3rd party delivery partners with 100% accuracy.
4. Able to be enthusiastic when taking orders, keeping up the high standards, and generally creating a lot of happy guests.
5. Understand the importance of accuracy, safety, and truly making the guest feel satisfied.
6. Accurately ring in all orders into the POS system.
7. Ensure all carry out orders are packaged perfectly, special instructions verified following Company Brand Standards.
8. ID all guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger (where allowed).
9. Follow all relevant brand standards to deliver the Fridays Experience.
10. Able to carry a natural conversation with Guests without sounding scripted or intrusive.
11. Able to articulate clear order taking, as well as being able to understand guest's request to modify food items.
12. Able to clearly communicate guest's needs to the entire team. The host, expeditor, 3rd party partners, and managers.
13. Operate POS system, make change correctly and make credit card transactions accurately.
14. Ability to stay calm when responding to dissatisfied guests and notify a manager when you need backup.
15. Able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests. Simple, but very important to making guests feel welcome.
16. Responsible for ensuring all carry out orders are 100% accurate

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

1. Assists in meeting/exceeding Company Standard Guest Satisfaction Scores
2. Assists in maintaining Company Standard Off Premise Defects
3. Assists in maintaining Company Standard Promise Times

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree preferred
2. Minimum of 6 months experience working in a full-service restaurant
3. Must be capable of performing all functions and meeting qualification standards for all hourly positions
4. Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
5. Frequent bending and stooping required
6. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
7. Must be able to read and write English
8. Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
