Primary Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships, along with maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for providing quality service calls on each piece of equipment serviced.
- Travel to client sites within an assigned geographic area to repair and maintain office equipment. (Copiers, printers, fax)
- Performs full range of on-site maintenance and repairs on assigned products to include technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance.
- Follows proper call handling procedures while maintaining the minimum call per day average.
- Maintains effective relationships with customers and fellow employees.
- Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by TGI Office Automation.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; or industry related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Copier/Mechanical: 2 years preferred
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple and basic network connectivity, print drivers.
- Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e. handheld computer, phone, laptop).
- Must have excellent daily time management skills and be capable of prioritizing activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance requirements. Position requires use of personal car which is eligible for car maintenance reimbursement.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision Insurance, PTO, and 401(k)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
