```Overview:```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in office software, and have a strong attention to detail.
```Duties:```
-Manage new hire on boarding
-Manage weekly payroll duties, auditing payroll hours and foremans reports to insure payroll accuracy
-Manage loans for all fleet & equipment
-Manage AP in regards to overhead of office
-Individual will report to Office Manager & CFO
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
```Qualifications:```
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with email & phone systems and emai/phone etiquette
- Ability to learn and adapt to new computerized systems quickly
- Previous experience in a construction industry office is a bonus
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
