Primary Function: Assists the Senior Vice President in implementing and achieving regional goals and objectives of a first-class 3rd party property management company for commercial properties managed by the firm.
Education: Undergraduate degree preferred, 5 years of commercial property management experience and either holds or pursuing either CPM, CFM, CSM, CRE, RPA designation or advanced degree

Proven leader, coach, mentor, driven, self-starter, great attitude, and possessstrong oral and written communicationsskills
Energetic and passionate industry professional. Must have superior knowledge of commercial real estate management, building operations, facilities and construction management, lease administration, accounting systems while also possessing technical knowledge of facilities, tenant build-outs, andcommercial accounting principles.
Advanced computer skills for integrated web-based solutions property management software such as MRI, Nexus, Building Engines as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, & Outlook and ability to effectively operate a desktop computer, I-Pad/tablet and/or smartphone
Must be able to organize and analyze large amounts of information and data for problem solving
Must have experience, knowledge, and understanding of landlord/tenantlease language, project management, brokerage transactions, leasehold obligations, and financial functions involving Common Area Maintenance billing and recovery(reconciliation).
Responsibilities:
Assists the Senior Vice President with new business Works with appropriate personnel in generating proposals and prospective client interface as assigned.
Responsible for maintaining quality assurance and operational consistency withall property owners/clients within assignedmarket(s)
Demonstrates a broad regional knowledge of the industry andmarket
In coordination with the Senior Vice President, provides assistance and is accountable for commercial management operations andperformance within themarket
Leads the day-to-day operations and management of the regional team. Directly manages a property portfolio in a "player/coaching" capacity. Is able to act as the lead manager on large assignments.
In coordination with the Senior Vice President, participates in the recruitment of managers/support staff.
Promotes cross-selling opportunities for the firm with new and prospective clients (Agency Leasing, Property Management and Construction Management).
Able to develop innovative solutions to solve client and staffing issues
Generates confidence and respect of clients
Participates in professional and civic activities
Direct supervision responsibilities for assigned personnel
Assists in training, mentoring, and coaching of management team and monitoring their performance and providing constructive feedback
Meets regularly with the Senior Vice President to discuss matters pertaining to the operations and well-being of the region
Member of PMLG (Property Management Leadership Group) and participates in recurring monthly calls/meetings
All other tasks and duties as assigned, with dates to be agreed upon.
