Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will provide support to the Thar Energy team.
· Support project reports and proposals (editing, track forms, web site submission)
· Create spreadsheets
· Maintain an organized filing system
· Place request for quotations
· Place and track purchase orders
· Perform shipping and receiving
· Keep track of packing slips and invoices
· Field telephone calls
· Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Excellent organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
· Independent, self-motivating, individual
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
