What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sports Leagues Manager position at The 422 Sportsplex?
We are seeking a motivated individual with a sports background to help grow our company and leagues.
- Part-Time to Full-Time hours, 20-30 hour per week

- Room for immediate advancement into a management position if sales goals are exceeded
Job Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand our facility layout, scheduling, and league dynamics for promoting our leagues
- Develop and maintain relationships with all current and potential league players at our facility
- Develop a list of contacts to recruit for our sports leagues
- Follow up on these contacts by networking to individuals and reaching out to businesses
- Create new leagues to generate new revenue
Qualifications:
- A background in sales is required
- Knowledge of sports and league management preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible hours when needed, which includes nights and some weekends
- bilingual in Spanish a plus
- college credits or degree preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
