Overview:

A Spa Operation Supervisor at the Abbey Resort plays an integral role in ensuring that each of our guests have an exceptional spa experience. In addition, knowing and performing all front desk and spa attendant duties, the Operation Supervisor is responsible for training, scheduling and monitoring the duties and quality of work for all front desk and attendant staff. He or she is also responsible to uphold standards of customer service set by the company along with making reservations, checking in and billing of guests, retail objectives and the operations of the spa facilities.
