Business Title : 103134 Documentation and Video SpecialistLocation : Marietta, PA 17547Job Type : Contract (6 M )Job Purpose : The Documentation and Video Specialist is responsible for promoting and enabling the simplification of documentation and training within the organization as part of a global Documentation Transformation project (Skill up), Competency Based Learning (CBL) roll out, and other documentation specific project work.
The Documentation and Video Specialist will work closely with area subject matter experts (SMEs) to help new documentation and video / visual-based instructions while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, standards, and governmental regulations.
Job Responsibilities : Apply document simplification and training methods in compliance with all standards.Film, edit and publish videos for the operational activities ongoing.
Facilitate and lead organized GEMBAs and working sessions with operational areas.Perform sanity check exercises.Realization of work instructions with tutorials.
Apply best practices in filming and video editing.Work with Project Manager to develop strategy and project plan.Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable EHS and GMP regulations, guidelines, policies, standard operating procedures, and industry practice and Industrial Excellence initiatives.
Execute project according to plan and maintain critical path. Monitor and communicate progress and ensures project outcomes meet project objectives.
Proactively identify project risk areas or production impact and recommend appropriate mitigation or contingencies.Skills & Experience Required : Bachelor's degree in relevant field3 years of experiencePharmaceutical industry experience desired.
