Adecco is currently looking for a Contract Manager/Negotiation Specialist in Atlanta, GA
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Charlotte, or Atlanta, GA
Length: 6 months with the possibility of extension or temp-to-perm
Pay rate - 59/hr
Shift/Hours: 8 AM to 5pm
Notes: in-office position 3 days, 2 days from home. No other options are available.
Responsibilities for the Contract Negotiator:
- Support Sourcing partners and Business Unit clients with contract negotiations.
- Review, structure, redline, negotiate, and close and variety of different agreements (Master Services Agreements, Software License Agreements, Hardware Purchase Agreements, etc.), while providing sound advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on non-standard legal terms and related compliance issues.
Qualifications for this Contract Manager job:
- 5 years of Contract Negotiation experience in the private industry
- Experience with Master Level and Service Level Agreements, Software License Agreements, Hardware Purchase Agreements, etc.
- Outstanding analytical, drafting, negotiation, collaboration, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Juris Doctorate, SAP Ariba, Archer eGRC tool. Prior experience negotiating contracts for financial institution a plus.
