Job Summary Security and Safety is dedicated to providing quality leadership, services and solutions to safeguard people and the environment, secure and protect company information and assets and enhance operational efficiency. The department provides quality leadership, services and solutions to safeguard people and the environment, secure and protect company information and assets as well as enhance operational efficiency for the Corporation. You will be supporting the FSO in implementing the collateral security program. Work Model Onsite What You’ll Be Doing The Security Specialist will primarily support the Collateral Security Programs at our contractor facility branch located within Hill Air Force Base. Initiate, review, and process personnel security clearances and periodic reinvestigation's (SF86s) through the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and the Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP). Prepare visit clearance requests, Common Access Card (CAC) and other Government badge requests. Will also facilitate access to the military installation, for visitors without military IDs. Perform Classified Document Control functions, and destruction Prepare for and participate in Security Vulnerability Assessments (SVAs) and Continuous Monitoring (CM) engagements. Conduct periodic self-inspections of security program in accordance with the NISPOM and company policies Conduct initial security awareness, foreign travel, annual refresher, and special security briefings. Support the CPSO and CSSO functions as needed Other Security/Safety duties as assigned. What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements: Active TS Clearance, with the ability to obtain SAP and SCI Access Typically, 4 years of experience in Security Administration for government classified programs Experience in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Subject Matter Expert in NISPOM Implementation. Skilled in applying the following collateral security disciplines: PERSEC, PHYSEC, INFOSEC. Strong working knowledge of DISS, e-QIP, NISS, and SWFT systems Must live near Hill AFB. Alarm Response is a requirement. Must obtain FSO Certification How You Can Stand Out It would be impressive if you have one or more of these: Bachelors, degree from an accredited program in Security, Business, or other related field 5 years of experience supporting government classified programs SAP or SCI Security experience SharePoint management Prior Unit Security Manager, FSO, or AFSO experience Experience in Environmental Health and Safety CDSE SFPC Certification Experience using SIMS Ways We Reward Our Employees During your interview process, our team will provide details of our industry-leading benefits.
