Job Summary:
The Program Manager will support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Search and Rescue (SAR) Maritime Interdiction operations by overseeing the installation of a USCG Maritime Patrol Aircraft Mission System in USCG C-27J aircraft. The installation will be conducted at Crestview, FL.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The position serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on technical program/project and contract administration issues.
The position applies basic principles of the FAR and DoD regulations in the administration of the project.
Supervises project operation by developing engineering, technical and management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, monitoring, and reporting progress.
Manages acquisition and employment of project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the project with respect to contract requirements.
This position receives guidance, as required, from supervisor or higher-level manager.
Ensure all work is reviewed for specific compliance with accepted practices and work assignments.

Education, Experience and Certifications Required:
A bachelor's or postgraduate degree in engineering, business or operations research from an accredited
At least 6 years of applied engineering, or technical management experience, and
2 years of the foregoing total experience shall have been management and supervisory experience which includes performing each of the functions with respect to technical programs/projects for military systems.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
While primarily an office job, may require time at a manufacturing facility or other location
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
CONUS travel may be required from time to time
