The Commercial Construction Project Manager at The Allied Group will play a pivotal role in leading construction projects focused on national hotel renovations for prestigious clients. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire renovation process, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and timelines. Your expertise will be crucial in sourcing and managing subcontractors, processing requisitions, job costing, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Building and nurturing client relationships will be an integral part of your role, along with ensuring all necessary insurance certificates and permits are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, Budget, and Timeline Management: Oversee renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Subcontractor Management: Source and manage subcontractors, ensuring their adherence to project requirements and quality standards.
- Financial Administration: Process monthly requisitions, conduct job costing, and manage financial aspects of the projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality assurance standards throughout the renovation process, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality end product.

Qualifications:
