What You Will Be Doing:
-You will provide onsite technical support for a varied client base
-PC, Laptop and Printer hardware and software support
-Office application support
-Ease with Remote Support (Remote Desktop or other products)
Requirements
What You Need for this Position:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
· Strong Desktop support, troubleshooting and standard Help Desk experience
· Experience with Hardware and systems - will install hardware and gather information
· Microsoft Active Directory knowledge (A , Network and Microsoft Certifications a big plus)
· Demonstrated knowledge of Windows servers and Windows desktop/laptop systems
· Network troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work independently without close supervision
· Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills, proven problem-solving skills
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is necessary.
This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package. 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay range depends on experience. Standard background checks will be completed on candidates.
