Job Description:
This position will monitor and maintain all food safety and quality assurance requirements and associated documentation for assigned facilities.. This includes coordinating audit and other related activities such as organic certifications, feed/food licensure, supplier certifications, and food safety and quality customer documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain documentation for registration, certification, licensure, and other food safety related requirements.
Support facility leadership in the preparation, scheduling, and document coordination for food safety related audits.
Track licensure and certification requirements, initiate and manage processes to obtain and/or renew licensures and certifications.
Manage and maintain supplier certificates and products lists.
Provide service to suppliers and other external stakeholders to assist in issue resolution and correction action needs.
Create and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders relating to all areas of food safety and quality.
Manage customer new origin/items projects

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate’s Degree preferred
3-5 years’ relevant administrative experience required
Previous food safety related experience desired
