The Human Resources Assistant builds and maintains strong employee relationships. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit and uphold Cornerstone Bank culture, core values and mission.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for all aspects of the Human Resources Department that includes employee onboarding, policy implementation and compliance. Will have a focus on payroll and benefit administration. Will assist in maintaining employee records and preparation of various department reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Equivalent to a high school education. Experience in an HR related capacity is preferred. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with applicants, employees and management. Ability to prioritize work with attention to detail. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Confidentiality is required.
