Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
- Restock and replenish bar supplies, including glassware, napkins, and ingredients.
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice and garnishes.
- Collect and clean used glassware and utensils.
- Support bartenders in preparing and serving beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness in the bar and back-of-house areas.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
