Job Posting for Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice/Urgent Care) at The Anti-Aging Center at Make You Well
Make You Well Urgent Care Family Practice is looking to hire a few Nurse Practitioners to fill in to join our team. One year experience is required. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, a team player and one who exerts a positive attitude. Our clinic is open Mon-Sun from 9 am-9pm and on weekends from 9 am-6pm. We are looking for FULL TIME, PART TIME and PER DIEMS.
The ideal candidate has both Urgent Care and Family Practice experience.
Aesthetic experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Peform physical examinations of patients to evaluate health and diagnose illnesses
- Order and peform diagnostic tests, such as x-rays and laboratory tests
- Determine, plan, and initiate appropriate treatment, and adjust treatment if necessary
- Prescribe and dispense medications
- Document medical information of patients and maintain electronic medical records
- Educate, instruct, and counsel patients and families on presenting health problems, treatment plans and encourage and promote preventative health care and positive health behaviors
- Request consultation or referral with other health care providers, such as physicians and clinics
Requirements and Skills:
- Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and a California state license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
