What We’re Looking For:
As our Experience Design Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting and creating best-in-class ServiceNow employee experiences. We are looking for people who are familiar with working on Federal projects and have Public Trust Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Understand technical, complex use cases with the EX team to aid in the support and delivery of determined design solutions
- Understand and document client-specific experiences customers will encounter
- Interpret and apply client brand guidelines where needed to produce a consistent experience for the end user
- Create training and support materials for client deliverables and internal documentation
- Unit Testing: work closely with developers to ensure the design specifications are feasible and implemented as intended
- Work with cross-functional client teams throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Effectively communicate your recommendations to developers and other key stakeholders
- Address and adapt to client and business needs
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience with the ServiceNow platform (In any capacity ie. HR, ITSM, Change, Problem)
- Public Trust Clearance
- 2-4 years of experience building and managing knowledge bases or process documentation
- Ability to translate client requirements into acceptance criteria
- Ability to support multiple initiatives for a wide range of clients
- Experience working within a technology platform or design system with well-defined constraints
- Ability to articulate and champion design solutions proposed by Sr Experience Design Consultants
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to and lead design discussions with executives and large groups
- Problem-solving skills to determine solutions to user interface challenges
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Perform in a fast-paced, dynamic design process under minimal supervision
- Strong meeting facilitation skills and effective solicitation of Customer Engagement
- Effective multi-tasking and time management skills with a determined focus on prioritizing tasks
