The Arc Greater Hudson Valley NY is currently seeking a Residential Program Supervisor

Location: Town of Poughkeepsie,
Dutchess County, NY

Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, management, and leadership of day-to-day operations of the Individual Residential Alternative’s
• Ensure effective and appropriate services are provided to all individuals.
• This position promotes behavior change and growth in skill development with each individual served. Attention to detail and promotion of a great team atmosphere is vital.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Prior OPWDD experience highly preferred but not required
• Previous experience in the human services field required
• Must have a valid Driver's License with one year driving experience
