Most Holy Trinity Parish is seeking a part-time Business Manager, approximately 30 hours per week, who will oversee all financial matters of the parish. Duties will include processing payables, reconcile bank accounts, process payroll, prepares monthly financial statements, and will work closely with the Pastor and Finance Council to set priorities and make long-range investment plans. Additionally, the Business Manager will obtain proposals for major work and review with Pastor, obtain insurance certificates for work performed, maintain a cost-effective inventory of supplies within budgetary guidelines and monitor all contracted services.
Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational skills, willingness to work collaboratively, and possess good computer skills in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Paychex. Candidates must understand and be committed to the social, moral and ethical teachings of the Church; and be able to keep confidences of those who seek the office for assistance.
A degree in accounting, auditing, or business management (BA, BS, or other appropriate degree) is preferred.
