Custodian
This position assists with the cleaning and maintaining of offices, restrooms, and overall facility upkeep.
Responsibilities include:
- Keeping offices clean by taking out the trash, wiping desks, vacuuming and/or mopping
- Cleaning restrooms, including disposing of trash, wiping mirrors and counters, disinfecting all
surfaces and mopping Performing light maintenance on photocopiers, including keeping paper filled
- Changing light bulbs and furnace filters as needed
- Stocking paper products and office supplies
- Painting, patching drywall and doing light plumbing
- Maintaining office plants
- Participating in outdoor facility maintenance including grass cutting, weed eating, and snow

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
